Shailen Sigh is a recognized Leader, Community Activist, Certified Executive Coach, Mediator, and Public Speaker with a stellar reputation in executive education. Currently serving as a lecturer for Executive Coaching at the Daniels Institute, Shailen utilizes his vast skills set to foster the development of future leaders.

In addition to his academic duties, Shailen is the proud Founder and Chairman of the Jems Foundation, a platform through which he passionately advocates for community development and youth empowerment. Under his leadership, the foundation thrives as an incubator for the next generation of leaders, demonstrating his dedication to creating a more equitable future.
Shailen's academic credentials are equally impressive. He graduated Cum Laude with a BA Honours from the University of KwaZulu Natal (UKZN) in 1999, showing his early penchant for academic excellence. In 2016, he earned a Master's Degree from UKZN. His thesis, focused on the amendment to the Sexual Offences Act of 2007, displayed his commitment to addressing critical societal issues through legislative impacts.
