Dr. Tony Masha
Dr. Anthony Kambi Masha is a seasoned education professional with a proven track record in project management, lecturing, and training and development roles. With 18 years of training and facilitation experience and seven years as a university lecturer, Dr. Masha demonstrates a strong commitment to developing talent and fostering leadership skills.

His experience in project management includes leading initiatives at Walter Sisulu University, Bubimngomso Youth Project, and NMMU Leadership Training Project. In his role as Training Manager at Fort Hare Solutions, he developed and implemented training programs that drove staff development and productivity.

Dr. Masha is also a dedicated researcher and thought leader, having completed his Ph.D. in youth leadership, mentoring, and youth training using proactive training methods at the University of Fort Hare. In addition, he has a second Ph.D. focused on youth entrepreneurship and the role of Higher Education in Entrepreneurship Education.

Further enhancing his capabilities, Dr. Masha is an accredited and registered member of several professional organizations, including Coaching and Mentoring South Africa (COMENSA), the South African Bureau of Personnel Practice (SABPP), and the Institute of People Management (IPM). He has also achieved a variety of certifications, including Coaching and Mentoring, Training of Trainers, Training of Assessors Training, and Project Management (NQF Level 7). He is an executive trainer and facilitator at Daniels Institute.

As an executive, Dr. Masha possesses key competencies in planning and organizing, decision-making, communication, leading and influencing, teamwork, negotiation, and conflict management. He is also technologically adept, with skills in MS Office, MS Access, internet, and email.

In addition to his professional achievements, Dr. Masha is a founder member of YLEC (Youth Leadership and Esteem Camp), a movement aimed at making youth regain their self-esteem in order to be leaders. This initiative clearly displays his commitment to empowering young individuals and shaping them into future leaders.
